The Master’s program offers students biblical discipleship with hands-on experience in ministry and character development. In this two-year program, students will study through Global University and live in housing provided by the college.  First year students will learn to grow in spiritual disciplines, in their relationship with God and with others in a quality and safe environment. Students will be a part of daily full-time ministry, biblical studies, and leadership development.  A second-year student will become a student-leader and will continue to develop leadership skills through ministry opportunities and hands-on training.  Students are offered two tracks - a certification study track and an accredited degree study track.  The accredited degree study track is a minimal additional cost requiring additional assignments, testing and the need to be completed at a faster pace.  All students have the option to obtain credentials with the Assemblies of God.

The School of the Cross is a discipleship training program designed to equip students for the work of the ministry.  As followers of Christ, we are called to become fully equipped disciples of Christ, who also equip other disciples for Christ. This course will train leaders and certify them as ministers within Crossroads Fellowship. This class is designed for those who desire to grow spiritually and be fully equipped for the work of the ministry.  The School of the Cross is offered once in the fall semester and once in the spring semester. This class is ten weeks and will meet once a week at Crossroads and periodically off campus in small groups.  

he Associates of Arts in Christian Ministries is an online program through Global University. It is a fully accredited degree and fulfills credentialing requirements with the Assemblies of God.  CFC will support students through study hall hours, preparation for testing and community. The Associates of Arts in Christian Ministries takes three years to complete. This track is a non-resident program.

FC offers a certification study format with Global University for those who want to complete ministry credentials without obtaining the degree.  
Students may be able to participate in weekly study hall sessions during the day or evening with other students depending on the number of students enrolled and the interest of the students enrolled. This class is also a non-resident program.
